Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve). We will endeavour to dispatch even on non-collection days.
Every order is confirmed by email straight after purchase, and you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number once it’s on its way.
UK delivery
We send everything by Royal Mail Tracked, and you choose the service in your basket: Tracked 48 usually arrives within two working days of dispatch, Tracked 24 the next working day. Postage is calculated from the total weight of your order and the service you pick, and is shown clearly in your basket and at checkout before you pay. Physical gift cards are posted free.
International delivery
We do deliver outside the UK, but not through the online checkout: postage depends on the destination and the parcel. Please email info@bambuubaby.co.uk with what you’d like and where it’s going, and we’ll come back to you with a price before you order.
Gift cards
Gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient (or to you, if you prefer) as soon as your payment is confirmed - nothing is posted.
Returns
We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind, email info@bambuubaby.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to help with your return.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused and unwashed.
- A £3 return processing fee is deducted from your refund.
- Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- For international returns, you are responsible for providing a tracked return label so the items reach us safely.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Faulty or damaged items
If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email info@bambuubaby.co.uk with your order number and a photo within 5 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method (or back onto the gift card used) within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 5–10 working days to show on your statement.
